Rod Fisher, President


In 1985, Rod created a unique process for gathering and using industrial information to improve strategic and tactical decision-making. He applied it to the paper industry and with it has served the "who's-who" of the industry's suppliers and papermakers.

Prior to founding Fisher International, Rod was managing director of William Kent and Company's management consulting business, a firm specializing in international industrial marketing, sales and investment. In the last 25 years, Rod's consulting practice has spanned 55 countries and every inhabited continent.

Rod graduated from Harvard University in 1974 and received his M.B.A. from Wharton Business School in 1980.


Stan Okoro, General Manager


Coming to Fisher via Mobil and Shell, Stan oversees Fisher's worldwide strategic, tactical and operational direction. Stan has responsibility for the daily operations including product development, sales, solutions delivery, global marketing, strategic alliances, HR and facilities. Along with his executive team, Stan works closely with Fisher's strategic clients and market-facing teams to identify current and future requirements and implement practical product and service innovations aimed at maintaining Fisher's leadership in information services and management consulting.


Armin Waidele, VP European Operations


Armin Waidele, Fisher International’s VP for Europe, has worked on productivity in pulp and paper mills since 1978. His knowledge and understanding come from 10 years installing and operating process control systems in a large integrated European mill and another 18 years serving the European industry for ABB, Metso Automation and Lorentzen and Wettre as sales engineer, sales manager and general manager. With both technical and general management experience, Armin knows what it takes to make a mill run well and what it takes to make a business succeed. Armin now is using this experience to help Fisher’s clients make more money with the technologies they own.
